Aurelloom offers a 30-day return period. You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

Return eligibility

To qualify for a return, an item must be unworn, unused, and in the same condition in which it was received. It must include its original packaging, tags, and proof of purchase.

Items that cannot be returned

• Earrings, ear studs, and other pierced jewelry, for hygiene reasons, unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
• Custom or personalized items.
• Gift cards.
• Items clearly marked Final Sale.

How to request a return

Contact Aurelloom through the contact information provided on this store before sending anything back. If your request is accepted, we will provide return instructions and the correct return address. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return shipping

For returns that are not caused by a defect, damage, or an incorrect item, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping service. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, Aurelloom will cover the reasonable return shipping cost.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Order cancellations

You may request a cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order. We cannot guarantee cancellation after an order has entered processing or has shipped.

The fastest way to exchange an eligible item is to request a return and place a new order after the return is accepted.

Refunds

We will notify you after we receive and inspect your return. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may need additional time to post the refund.
